Mr jeevan chandrasenan from the very first moment I met him, as I was very stressed about having a hip replacement! He managed to Put me at ease. He had a very professional and reassuring manner, as he explained what he was going to do in the operation. And he put me at ease. From the beginning to the end he reassured me and explained every question I had to ask ( which was a lot) after the operation he popped into the ward to see me, to said everything went well. The aftercare was also excellent. For I was so worried about the whole operation. Mr chandrasenan in my opinion was professional, reassuring, excellent surgeon, I can’t thank him enough for what he has done for me.I also would like to thank the hospital staff also for the aftercare I had, the staff was very professional and looked after me well. An excellent hospital and staff.

I can’t fault Mr Chandrasenan at all. His care for me from my initial appointment until my post op appointment has been second to none. This man has changed my life I am no longer in pain and am encouraged that as time goes by my healing will be complete. He has given me sensible expectations of the time it will take to fully recover and reassurance that I’m on the right track

I was fortunate to have Jeevan for my ACL reconstruction after recovering from my meniscus surgery 6 months prior. Having revieved 'interesting' care from the physio dept. pre/post meniscus surgery, It was great to speak with such a professional and knowledgeable surgeon that genuinely cares. He was also able to articulate all processes and procedures related to my ACL surgery, whilst linking it to a wider evidence base. This alongside his quietly confident manner and positivity gave me the reassurrance I needed ahead of my ACL surgery. This enabled me to focus on my preparation during a time that was both physically and mentally difficult. Jeevan also worked really hard to juggle my surgery date to fall in our discussed timeline after my meniscus surgery, once my date was cancelled at Barlborough, as a result of funding. Thanks to his dedication and abilities as a surgeon, I am now fully on the way to recovery and finally feel like myself for the first time in over a year. Thank you Jeevan.
